Fable Fortune Delayed to July 25th
The Fable card game, Fable Fortune, won’t be arriving as early as previously estimated. Originally set to arrive this July 11th on the Xbox One, and PC, the game has now had a minor set back until July 25th.
Luke Borret, the producer for the co-developing studio Mediatonic, decided to drop the news on the Fable Fortune Blog. In his post, he manages to explain that the delay is due to an ‘administration’ error. Stating the following:
“Due to an unexpected administration hiccup we are unfortunately unable to launch the Xbox One version of Fable Fortune next week and we’ve made the decision to move the launch date back to July 25th on all platforms….This is to make sure Fable Fortune releases on PC and Xbox simultaneously, so we can make the most of cross-play between the platforms.”
Even with the delay, the closed beta for the game is still -reportedly- going very well. To those of us who haven’t actually managed to get their hands on the game yet, more keys for the game will be dropping over the next two weeks.
So hopefully you’ll be able to grab the game soon – or buy it at this rate.
