Dota 2 Campaign for Battle Pass Owners

Valve has brought much joy to Dota fans this week by dropping a much request feature to the game, a co-op story campaign through Siltbreaker. The campaign is called “Act I: The Sands of Fate” and is the first “multiplayer campaign” released on Dota 2.

There’s hints of new game characters, including the new character called Siltbreaker, who has come up from the Dark Reef. He has summoned “Rhyzik the Corruptor,” who gamers will have to track down through the course of the campaign. The new campaign will also feature new items called “Artifacts”, which are described as “mythic objects of power that can be equipped in your inventory as you progress through the challenges of the campaign.” Though not much else is know about the Artifacts as of yet.

However there is a catch for those of you who want to partake in the upcoming campaign. Simply put, you have to by the International 7 Battle Pass. On the bright side though, $10 for a co-op campaign is hardly an expensive price so I’m sure more than a few people will be snatching up the Battle Pass. The Battle Pass itself gives players new in game quests, in game wagering, and even the infamous “hat”s that can be found within the game. All it takes is some constant grinding within the game, which you would do anyways.
