New Life is Strange Game

To those of us who liked the tell tale esque game, Life Is Strange, there is good news on the horizon. A new game has been announced in the series, developer Dontnod has just confirmed this week. In the video below you see designers Michel Koch, Luc Baghadoust, and Raoul Barbet express their thanks to the gaming community that fell in love with their original title, and how their will be a follow up in the near future.

While no real information has been released yet as to the format of the upcoming game we can only keep our fingers crossed that it stays true to its roots – as it seemed to work for it originally. In a blog post the developers have stated that the game would not be revealed at E3, going on to state that “We can’t wait to tell you all about it when the time is right, but for now we are hard at work ensuring it is the very best game we can create…We’re really thankful for your patience thus far and ask for a bit more time.”

While there has been talks about an upcoming game for a while, this is the first that Dontnod has officially given voice to a sequel.

To those of you who still haven’t tried out the first Life Is Strange, go give it a try on either the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC before the sequel comes knocking on our doors. It’s definitely a fun grab.
